I had the pleasure of working with the beautiful couple Rucha and Tilo. Their gorgeous wedding ceremony took place at the beautiful Fernwood Hills, located in Komoka, Ontario.

We incorporated the beautiful Indian culture and tradition with a simple yet elegant decor. This allowed the rich red color of Rucha’s Lehenga Choli and Tilo’s gold embroidered Nehru accented with a red handkerchief, Sarpech ornament, and mojari shoes to stand out beautifully.

We created an ivory mandap with hanging carnations. A mandap is an ancient Indian custom, that is temporarily erected for the purpose of the main wedding ceremonies to take place under.

For the reception held at the Greek Canadian Hall located in London, Ontario, we incorporated a black and white backdrop with crystals and a chandelier, a canopy style entranceway, and ceiling drapery. This created a magnificent calm and contrasting backdrop to the traditional and colorful attire of the wedding party. Blush napkins, navy blue table runners and gold accents all complimented Rusha’s and Tilo’s change into a blush-colored Lehenga Choli and a rich blue suit.

It was an extraordinary experience to be included in this day of wonder.

Congratulations Rucha and Tilo!
